CANCELLATION POLICY

a). Can I cancel my order?

We are sorry to hear that. Yes, you can cancel your order until we ship your product. It can be done from ‘My Orders page’ select your order and click ‘Cancel’.

b). I missed the cancellation window, my product is shipped, how do I cancel now?

Do not worry, we are here to help you. You can refuse to receive the product while our delivery partner attempts to deliver it.

 

Damaged/Missing/Wrong Products: 

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video/photo at absolutors@gmail.com or via WhatsApp (+91-9363930770).

 

RETURN POLICY

a). What are the conditions of Return policy?

Customers can return their products within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please be sure the product is returned in original conditions without any damage.

b). How to apply for a Return?

We are sorry that our product does not meet your expectation. You can WhatsApp for further process or You can apply through clicking Tracking/AWB number where you have an option to request for ‘Return’.

c). How to Return the product.

Once your Return request is processed, we will arrange our courier partner to pick up the Return items from your address within 24-48 hours. 

Shipping Cost will be applicable for Exchange products (Pickup + Exchange shipping). Please refer our size chart before placing an order to avoid unwanted exchange and size issues. 

(***Ps. Products sold on SALE or Offers and Exchanged products are not eligible for return. Only Exchange can be done. Any return requests created will not be processed. If you need assistance with an exchange, feel free to reach out to us.)

d). Limited Edition Collection

Please note that due to the exclusivity and limited availability of these items, we do not offer refunds or returns for Limited Editions.

However, size exchanges are available within 7 days from the date of receiving your order, subject to size availability.

EXCHANGE :

To initiate a size exchange, please ensure:

  1. The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  2. The exchange request is submitted within 7 days from delivery.
  3. Size exchanges allowed once only. If the requested size is out of stock, you will receive store credit/Coupon.

  4. Please Note Exchange shipping charges applicable.

If the desired size is unavailable, we regret that no other options alternate exchanges can be provided.

REFUND POLICY

a). How much time does it take to initiate the refund for Returns?

Refund will be credited to the Store Credit. Once we received your order, we will start initiating for a refund. It takes 2 to 3 working days, to reflect in your account store credit. 

b). How much time does it take to initiate the refund for Cancellation?

If your cancellation request is processed, it takes 2 to 3 working days, to reflect in your account store credit.

c). How do I receive my money back for the returned product?

For Prepaid & COD orders, the amount will be credited back to Store Credit which can be used anytime.

Please note that due to the exclusivity and limited availability of these items, we do not offer refunds or returns for Limited Editions Only Exchange can be done (Subject to size availablity). Shipping charge and COD Charge are Non Refundable.

 d). What is the refund process for multiple discounted orders where all but one product is returned?

Refund Policy in case of Multiple orders:

  • If you purchased more than one product from our store with a discount and returned the products by keeping only one product. 
  • Your discount will be disqualified and your order will be considered as a single purchase and the original price of the kept product will be taken into account for the refund calculation.
  • Let's say you purchased three products A, B & C from our store at a discounted price.
  • However, you later decided to return two of the products (Product B and Product C), while keeping only one product (Product A).
  • According to our refund policy, since you are returning products that were part of a multiple product discount, the discount will be disqualified. 
  • This means your order will be treated as a single product purchase, and the original price of the kept product will be used for the refund calculation. 
  • Please note that the actual refund amount might be further adjusted based on shipping modes, and other charges.

Calculation:

           Refund Amount = Total Value of Multiple order - Original price of kept product - Discounts applied - Shipping Fees & COD Fee
